The rating Ronaldinho is in free fall. Not anymore AC Milan who wants to enlist the Brazilian, but Manchester City! City not baggy (9th of last championship) and compete in the Premier League did nothing shameful. But the trajectory of the Brazilian star is clearly on the downslope.
