Celtic Glasgow was beaten with 1-0 by Kilmarnock and now the “catholics” are with 10 points behind Glasgow Rangers.
The loaned striker from Tottenham, Robbie Keane was in the first-team, he had a lot of chances, but he didn’t score.
The team who scored was Kilmarnock, through Chris Maguire in the 52th minute of the match.
Celtic manager, Tony Mowbray, told BBC: “It’s not the result we wanted. We needed to hit the ground running with the new signings, but it didn’t quite happen tonight.”

Tottenham’s striker, Robbie Keane, has moved on loan at Celtic Glasgow for 6 months. Harry Redknapp, the former manager of the Irish player, has said: “It’s a good move because Robbie is a good player and he needs to play. He wants to play all the time. Here he wasn’t playing regularly. But he loves his football; he’s a great trainer, a great man about the place.”
Tony Mowbray, the manager of Celtic Glasgow said that the 29 years old Keane is the last transfer for the Scottish team on the transfer market. Celtic have signed also Diomansy Kamara and Edson Braafheid.

Arshavin at Arsenal until 2012
The middle of the offensive Zenith Saint Petersburg Andrei Arshavin pledged Monday evening with Arsenal until June 2012. The new Liverpool striker, Robbie Keane expressed Tuesday at a press conference, his immense joy of having joined the club of the Mersey which he has always been a great supporter and thus achieve his childhood dream.
By focusing the services of one of the best attacker of the Premier League, Liverpool struck a major blow in this off-rather calm at transfer. And the player is 28 years, him, the happiest man in the world.
“This is a new chapter in my life and I could not pass up this opportunity. I have been waiting for this since forever. Joining the club is a childhood dream come true. I always wanted to wear this jersey. It is a great club and I will do everything to make even greater success, “said Keane face the journalists.
The former captain of Tottenham bear the number 7 as in the past, Kevin Keegan and Kenny Dalglish, regarded as true legends at Anfield.

The Irish international striker Tottenham (1st div. Anglaise) Robbie Keane has officially begun Monday for four years for Liverpool (1st div. Anglaise), announced his new club on its website.
